Guarantee of Authenticity for Purchases

We guarantee that all stones purchased from us are 100% authentic, unless otherwise specified in their descriptions.
In addition to making our own analysis, we take out random samples and have them analysed independently.
If a customer can prove that a stone purchased from us is anything other than authentic, we will return all sums paid for it as compensation. We reserv ourselves when concerning diamonds sold on commision. The Guarantee is then valid only if former owner of diamond is cooperate with in the case. If so is not the case we will fully cooperate in possible law process.
When order 500SEK or more we will give you assigned Guarantee of Authenticity for your Purchases included in price. You can also buy assigned Guarantee of Authenticity for your stones of lower value than 500SEK. We will then charged you 50SEK for that. You can order thoose under the category "Accesories" and "Others". Mark as many you want to order and also describe in order comments for which of your gems they should apply. We reserve us from that other Gemmologists can have different opinion of our described details.

RIDDGEM "Picture Policy"

1) Our goal is to publish a picture of the stone that describe it as correctly as possibly.
However luster, colors and other parameters are difficult to correctly catch wwith the camera.
This parameters can also differ because of your graphics, pixel or other in your computer.

2) We use our own pictures. In several cases we buy pictures from external photograph usually administered by our supplyers. Unique stones have their own unique picture.
In many case we buy lots of stone of the same kind and the approximate size.
In such cases when we have many of the "same" stone, we use a representative picture of the stone.
So called "Ref pic" which in such case always are noted in our product descriptions.

3) Our pictures are magnified to clearly describe the stone for you (about 100x). Inclusions are more visable than to the naked eye.
Therefore the stones are also more beutiful in real than on the picture.

4) Our pictures are protected under copyright law. We agree for customers to download the picture of stones they bought, for whatever they choose to use. For other use of our pictures you can buy the right of use under "Accessories", "Other".
